How to Order

• Call us at 630-724-1677, let us know the type and quantity of coins that you want. We will then quote you the most current price. Once a price is established we will take your information which includes but is not limited to your Name, Address, Phone Number and Billing option. You will then receive a confirmation number. An e-mail will also be sent with your confirmation number and order information. Please write the confirmation number on the memo line or lower left hand corner of your check or money order AND also on the outside of the envelope BELOW your return address. Please note that if your funds are not recieved within 48 hours your order will be canceled and you will be chraged a 25% cancellation fee.
• Once your rate has been booked any changes or cancellation will be subject to the 25% service fee
• Payment MUST BE RECIEVED within 48 hours of order.

• Personal checks, Business checks, Money Market checks, Cashier's Checks, Money Orders and Wire Transfers.
• Orders are normally shipped within 48 hours of receiving payment. This includes money orders, cashier’s checks, wire transfers or a cleared personal check.
• Personal Checks are held for 7 days before shipping
• Money Market Account Checks are held for 10 days before shipping

Shipping and Handling

• Please add $40.00 for orders between 1-4 ounces.
• Please add $20.00 for orders between 5-9 ounces.
• Delivery is FREE for orders 10 ounces or more.
• All shipments are FULLY INSURED and are shipped by REGISTARED U.S. MAIL.
• All packages must be signed for upon delivery, other wise a slip will be left at the door step and the package must be picked up at the post office with the slip.

Checking Order Status

• Orders are usually received within 2-15 business days from shipping day. Time varies depending on where you live. Once order has been shipped you will receive your mail article number via e-mail. • Our buy price listed represents the seller (you) shipping items to an address of our choice. Payments will be issued in the form of a business check within 2 days of receipt of item.
• Walk in customers may receive a lower price to account for the difference in shipping and handling cost.
• The process of selling us your gold is the opposite of buying from us. First, please call us at 630-724-1677 and tell us the quantity and product you would like to sell. Once a price is agreed upon, you must ship the item through registered mail within 48 hours. Once the item is shipped you will call us with the registered mail article number. You may ship the item as you choose, through express mail or priority mail with insurance. However, we feel that registered insured US mail is the safest and least expensive option.

Buying and Selling Locally

• We have a store located at 141 West Ogden Avenue, Westmont, IL 60559. We offer a selection of one ounce bullion coins, but type may vary day to day, depending on what product is sold and purchased by our local clients. Coins are sold on a first come, first serve basis. We try to answer calls and questions as accurately as possible but please understand that prices fluctuate throughout the day and we go by the price at the time you walk into the store

Coin Price

• The prices on the web page are known as the spot prices. These prices are the base price, NOT the purchase price
• Coins may be purchased at the spot price PLUS the premium which is listed next to the coin type
