• IMPORTANT INFO: Please Only Place An Order When Your Funds Are Available To You, And NOT Before.
• When your order is taken and a confirmation code is issued than you are obligated to pay whether the market goes up or down and we are obligated to deliver at that price.
• Canceling or not paying for an order is considered fraud and all collection and or attorney fees will be the sole responsibility of the Client.
• There can be unexpected delays through no fault of our own. We are committed to fulfill each and every order as quickly as possible but on certain occasions this may just not be possible. If it has been more than 20 days since your payment has been mailed and "collected" please email us at savegold1@gmail.com and we will try and rectify the situation
• Money laundering is the process of disguising illegally obtained money so that the funds appear to come from legitimate sources or activities.
  It is the policy of SaveGold Inc. neither to participate nor otherwise to assist in money laundering. It is our policy and commitment to comply fully with anti-money laundering legislation. We will cooperate with the government authorities charged with the responsibility of administering the provisions of the applicable legislation with respect to the investigation of any suspected money laundering activities. We will comply fully with any legal order relating to the investigation of money laundering activities.
• In order to fully comply with money laundering regulation SaveGold will not:
  Accept more than $10,000 in cash per person, per year.
  Our policy is not to accept more than $10,000 in GREEN CASH from any one person, in a single year's time, however, you can spend a million dollars in the form of cashier's checks, wire transfers or personal checks
